Damaged or missing items upon delivery
We take great care to ensure that all orders are shipped complete and in perfect condition. Upon delivery, customers are required to carefully inspect all packages before signing for receipt.
If a package shows any visible signs of damage, tampering, or has been opened, do not accept the delivery and immediately notify both the courier and Lumé Baby at [insert contact email].
Once a package has been accepted and signed for without any mention of visible damage or missing items, Lumé Baby cannot guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or compensation for any missing products. This is because the courier’s confirmation of an intact delivery serves as proof that the shipment was received in good condition.
Customers are therefore responsible for verifying the condition of the shipment at the time of delivery.
