Domestic Shipping (Belgium) • FREE shipping on all orders above €100 • Standard shipping fee of €6.5 for orders under €100 • Delivery time: 5-7 working days • Track & trace code provided via email after shipment

European Shipping • FREE shipping on all orders above €100 • Standard shipping fee of €9.95 for orders under €100 • Delivery time: 5-7 working days • Available for all EU countries • Track & trace code provided via email after shipment

Order Processing • Orders placed before 3 PM on working days will be processed the same day • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped • Track your package easily with the provided tracking number

Delivery Information • We use trusted shipping partners to ensure safe delivery • An adult signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items • Delivery to business and residential addresses • No deliveries on weekends or public holidays

Unable to Deliver? • If you're not home during delivery, the carrier will leave a notice • Packages will be held at the local post office or carrier facility • You can arrange redelivery or pickup through the carrier
